Google Ads for UK Businesses, Without the Wasted Budget

We set up and run Google Ads campaigns that send clicks to a site built to convert them, not just a landing page bolted onto an existing budget. Our management fee is fixed and separate from your ad spend, so you always know exactly where the money goes.

200+

Websites and ad accounts managed since 2022

Fixed fee

Our fee never changes with your budget

100%

Of your ad spend goes to Google, none to us

No contracts

Leave whenever you want, no penalty

What goes to Google

100% of your ad spend

Every pound of your budget bids on your ads. We do not mark it up, skim it, or take a percentage of it.

What you pay us

One fixed monthly fee

Set up, optimised and reported on, whatever your budget is. The fee does not rise if your ad spend does.

Every Google Ads account includes this as standard.

What is included every month

The same nine things, whatever your budget is. Nothing here is an optional extra you pay more to unlock.

Campaign setup done properly

Search, Shopping or Local Services Ads, built around what your customers actually type, not generic broad-match guesses.

Conversion tracking that actually works

Tested end to end before launch, so the numbers in your reports mean something. This breaks more often than agencies admit.

Negative keywords, kept current

Blocking the searches that waste your budget, reviewed and updated every month, not set once and left.

A landing page built to convert

Clicks go to a page designed to turn visitors into enquiries, not your homepage or a generic contact form.

Budget pacing, watched weekly

So you do not run out of budget by the twentieth of the month, or underspend and waste the rest.

A monthly report you can read

Clicks, cost per click, conversions and cost per enquiry, in plain English. No jargon dressed up as insight.

Direct access to who runs the account

You deal with the person managing your campaigns, not an account manager relaying updates from someone else.

No lock-in contract

Work month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and we fix it or you leave, no penalty either way.

Full account access, always

The Google Ads account is set up and owned in your name from day one, not ours.
Targeting done properly.

Geo-Targeted Campaigns Across the North East and Beyond

A trade in Durham and a shop in Sunderland do not need the same targeting radius, and Google Ads will happily waste your budget on both if nobody sets it up properly. We build campaigns around where your actual customers are, whether that is a tight radius around Chester-le-Street and Newton Aycliffe, a wider net across Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland, Gateshead, Consett, Seaham and Peterlee, or a single UK-wide campaign for a business that ships anywhere. The targeting follows your business, not the other way round. Paid clicks work best landing on a site built to convert, see our website design and SEO services if you need one built or found.
Google Ads pricing.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Google Ads management starts at £400 a month plus VAT. Larger budgets or several locations are quoted on scope, because the work grows with the number of campaigns rather than the size of the cheque. The fee is fixed and separate from your ad budget, so you always know exactly what we charge and exactly what Google takes. There is no minimum term.

How that compares

UK agencies commonly charge fifteen to twenty percent of ad spend, which rises every time your budget does. A fixed fee means your management cost stays flat even as your results grow. You pay Google directly for the advertising itself, so we never handle your spend or take a cut of it.

You still need an ad budget on top of our fee, and that money goes straight to Google, never through us.

What this does not include

The ad spend itself, a full site rebuild, or a guarantee on cost per click. Google runs an auction, and nobody outside Google controls it.
Google Ads process.

How the monthly campaign cycle works

Four steps, on repeat, every month. You get a report after each cycle so you can see exactly what the budget did.
1

Setup and conversion tracking

Campaigns built around real search terms, with tracking tested end to end before a single pound is spent.
2

Launch and daily monitoring

The account goes live and we watch it closely in the first week, when most of the early mistakes get made.
3

Optimise and cut what does not work

Negative keywords added, weak ads paused, budget shifted toward what is actually converting.
4

Report, then we do it again

A plain-English report on spend, clicks and enquiries. Whatever worked gets more budget next month, whatever did not gets cut.
Choosing a Google Ads manager.

How to tell a good Google Ads manager from a bad one

You do not need to take our word for any of this. Every one of these is something you can ask, of us or of anyone else quoting you.

Ask if the fee rises with your budget

A percentage-of-spend fee means the agency earns more every time you spend more, whether or not results improve. That is not aligned with your interests.

Ask who owns the ad account

It should be verified in your name, not the agency’s. If they hold the login, you cannot take your campaign history and data if you ever leave.

Ask to see cost per enquiry, not just clicks

Clicks and impressions are easy to buy and easy to boast about. Cost per enquiry is the number that tells you whether the budget is actually working.

Ask whether the landing page is included

Sending paid clicks to a generic homepage wastes a large share of any budget. The page people land on matters as much as the ad itself.
Google Ads questions.

Questions we are asked before every project

Most small businesses start meaningfully at a few hundred pounds a month in ad spend, on top of our management fee. We will tell you honestly if your budget is too small to get useful data before we take it.

No. Our fee is fixed, agreed before we start, and does not change if your budget goes up or down.

Often within the first week, since ads can show as soon as the account is approved. Getting the cost per enquiry down to a good number usually takes four to six weeks of optimising.

Yes, or at least a proper landing page. Sending paid clicks to a slow or generic page wastes a large share of any budget, whatever the ads themselves look like.

They do different jobs. Google Ads brings in enquiries from day one but stops the moment you stop paying. SEO takes longer but keeps working after you scale it back. Most businesses benefit from both.

No. Work runs month to month. If it is not delivering, you tell us and we fix it, or you leave with no penalty.

Yes. It is set up and verified in your name from day one, not the agency’s, so your data and history stay with you if you ever leave.
