Why we started doing this.
We kept hearing the same three complaints
Before we built anything for anyone, we spent a lot of time listening to business owners describe what had gone wrong last time. It was almost always one of three things.
The quote moved. A price was agreed, then work started, then the number crept up. Extras appeared that nobody had mentioned at the beginning.
The build dragged. Weeks turned into months with no clear reason and no date anyone would put in writing.
The replies stopped. The site went live, something broke, and the person who built it had gone quiet.
We did not set out to be the cheapest, or to win awards for design. We set out to remove those three problems. That is why the quote is fixed before we start, why the launch date goes in writing, and why there is no contract keeping you here if we stop being useful.
What we are not
We are not a large agency, and we are not pretending to be one. There is no floor of account managers here, no offshore team you will never speak to, and no minimum spend. If your project genuinely needs that, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
